Interior design house
Interior design you can see before it is built
iArqam is an interior design house. We start from how you live or work, then give you design directions, realistic views of your space and a wall color schedule in one presentation file.
Services
Spaces we design
We design residential, commercial and hospitality spaces, and begin every project by understanding who will use the space and how.
-
Homes
Apartments, villas and family houses, with living, sleeping, kitchen and reception spaces.
-
Workplaces
Executive offices, team offices and reception areas.
-
Shops and showrooms
Spaces that present the product and express the identity of their owner.
-
Hospitality
Hotels and resorts, from the lobby and reception to guest rooms.
From the first conversation to the complete design file
We work in six clear steps, and you decide the design direction before we build the images.
Every image and file is checked before it reaches you.
A short questionnaire
We learn how you live or work, what you like and dislike, and your budget.
Design directions
We offer three distinct directions, each with its own palette and materials, and you choose.
The space with its dimensions
We build the space from your drawings at its true dimensions and mark the dimensions in meters.
Realistic views
We add materials, furniture and light, and produce realistic views of each space.
Wall colors
We propose paint colors available in Egypt for each space.
A ready presentation
You receive one file with the plans, views and colors.
What you receive
One presentation file with the whole decision
One file holds what you need to decide how your space will look.
-
Dimensioned plans
A plan for each floor, with its dimensions in meters.
-
Realistic views
Images of each space with the proposed materials and light.
-
The design direction
